Menu for November is White Onion Soup Gratinee; 2nd Course is Seared Scalllops, Bouillabaisse Broth, Spinach, Rouille Sauce; Entree is Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras Butter and Truffle Sauce; Cheese is Manchego, Gorgonzola and Brie Cheeses; Dessert is a Pumpkin Creme Brulee.
